## Catalog work does not respect office hours

Launches, sales and seasonal changes all land at a specific minute, and every one of them is the same manual job done under time pressure.

- **Dropping prices at midnight for a sale** → Schedule the price change for midnight and go to bed
- **Putting three hundred products back to full price on Tuesday** → Duplicate the schedule with every action reversed
- **Re-tagging the same seasonal products every year** → A recurring schedule that repeats on its own
- **Editing products one at a time in the admin** → One schedule covers a collection, a filter or the whole catalog

## What it can change

Thirty-six actions, grouped by the part of the product they touch. Several can go on one schedule, each at its own time.

- **Status and visibility**: Publish, set to draft, archive, unlist or delete. The classic use is a product that goes live at launch and comes down when the run ends.
- **Prices**: Increase or decrease by a percentage or a fixed amount, set a price outright, set the decimals, or round. Market and B2B price lists are covered too.
- **Tags and collections**: Add or remove tags, add products to a collection or take them out, change a collection's sort order, or drag its products into an exact order.
- **Inventory**: Increase, decrease or set quantities at a location. Products that are not stocked at that location are skipped rather than guessed at.
- **Sales channels**: Add a product to a sales channel or take it out of one, so it appears exactly where and when you meant it to.
- **Content, SEO and metafields**: Title, description, media, featured image, theme template suffix, SEO title and description, metafields, and adding a variant to a product.

## By the numbers

- **36** — actions to choose from
- **6** — ways to target products
- **4** — repeat frequencies
- **5.0** — App Store rating

## Four steps, then it is out of your hands

A schedule is a target, some actions and a time. Everything else the app does is bookkeeping around those three things.

- **1. Pick a target**: Individual products, everything in a collection, specific variants, a price list, or a filter that matches products by price, inventory level, order count or how long since they last sold.
- **2. Add the actions**: One schedule can carry several actions, and each one gets its own date and time — so a sale can start and end inside a single schedule.
- **3. Choose when**: A single moment on any plan, or — on Advanced — a repeat: daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with a limit on how many times it runs.
- **4. Watch it run**: The Timeline shows what has run and what is coming. Every action writes an activity log entry, so a failure says which products it affected and why.

## What merchants set up first

The same four schedules come up again and again, whatever the store sells.

- **A launch that goes live on time**: Products sit in draft until the minute the drop opens, then publish themselves into the right sales channels.
- **A sale with an end date**: One schedule drops the prices and adds a sale tag, a second puts both back. You set the end before the sale even starts.
- **Seasonal rotation**: Summer products leave the collection and the winter ones join it, on a recurring schedule you build once.
- **Large catalogs**: Selections too big for one API call run through Shopify's bulk operations, so a schedule over thousands of products behaves the same as one over ten.

## Two plans, both with a free trial

- **Demo** — 4.99 USD/month. For a store that schedules a handful of changes a month.
- **Advanced** — 9.49 USD/month. Unlimited scheduling, every action, every kind of target.

## Questions

### Does anything change on my storefront before the scheduled time?

No. Until the moment you picked, the schedule only exists inside the app — your products are untouched. At that moment the app calls the Shopify Admin API and makes the change, exactly as if you had made it by hand.

### Which timezone do schedules run in?

Your store's timezone, read from Shopify. If you pick 9:00 on a Friday, the action runs at 9:00 on Friday for your store, not for whatever server happens to execute it.

### Can I undo a schedule after it has run?

You can duplicate a schedule with every action reversed — publish becomes archive, add tag becomes remove tag — which is how most merchants build the end of a sale. Reversal is only offered when every action in the schedule has an opposite; actions such as deleting a product do not, and cannot be undone.

### How many products can one schedule cover?

On Advanced there is no per-schedule limit. Large selections are sent through Shopify's bulk operations, which run asynchronously and report back when Shopify has finished them. The Demo plan is capped at 10 scheduled actions and 50 products per schedule.

### Can a schedule repeat?

Yes, on the Advanced plan — daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with a set number of occurrences, so a weekly restock or a monthly price review builds itself. On Demo an action runs once, and the repeat option in the editor is marked Advanced.

### Do I have to change my theme or add any code?

No. Everything happens through the Shopify Admin API against your product data. There is nothing to paste into a theme file and nothing to remove if you uninstall.

### Is there a free plan?

No. The smallest plan is Demo at $4.99 a month, and Advanced is $9.49 a month. Both start with a 3-day free trial, so you can build a schedule and watch it run before you are charged.

## Set it once. Let it run.

Install from the Shopify App Store and build your first schedule in a few minutes. Both plans start with a 3-day free trial.
